Potpourri Basket is regularly sold only with a Cricut Expression Machine. For your convenience, we have removed the cartridge so that we can sell it separately. Therefore it does not come in plastic casing. It is a brand new cartridge and comes in a standard cartridge storage box. Any cartridge that has been separated from a machine, such as Potpourri Basket, does not have CRICUT Points, per Provo Craft Policy.
