Shipping Times

To better serve you, we are making some improvements to our order fulfillment process.
Our order processing time will be temporarily impacted while these improvements are made.
Any order placed after Monday, February 13th will experience a shipping delay and will not ship until after Tuesday, February 21st.

Domestic Orders (Continental U.S.)

Processing and Handling

Once you have placed an order, it can take anywhere from 24- 72 hours (3 business days) handling time before your package is shipped out of our facility. Please then allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping (not including handling time) on average.

***In rare instances, a package can take up to 14 days to be delivered from the day it ships. Craft-e-Corner cannot guarantee anything less than this 14 day time frame.***

When your package ships, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with tracking order information.

International Orders

International orders need anywhere from 24-72 hours (3 business days) handling time before the package is shipped out of our facility. When your package ships, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking order information. From the day your package is shipped please allow anywhere from 2-4 weeks for the shipment to arrive.

***In rare cases, international orders can take up to 6 weeks to be received depending on customs and other outside factors.***

Package Fees

International Customs Fees

International customers are responsible for paying any customs/import/border fees that are charged by their countries customs department. Customs fees may vary by country. Please be aware that we may ship your order in two separate packages, from two separate facilities, thus you may experience two customs charges (one for each package). The fees for each package will be based only on the value of each package and will not cost you any extra to receive multiple packages rather than one. Check with your countries customs charges for additional details.

Marking a Package as a Gift

Due to shipping rules and regulations, Craft-e-Corner will NOT mark a package as a gift. Our business license does not allow us to do this. The value of an item and package is the amount paid. 

Worldwide Shipping

Craft-e-Corner ships worldwide with few exceptions. If you do not see your country as a shipping option, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with the address change request. We will do what we can to catch the package in time and get an address changed for you, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the address for you. If a package goes out with a wrong address, the buyer is responsible for retrieving this package. If you ship to an old address and have recently moved, you can contact your local post office and put a forward on that address to your new address.

Tracking

Craft-e-Corner has multiple shipping facilities and shipping partners. Depending on the size, weight and destination of your package, it could be handled by multiple partners. Below you will find three links to our partner’s package tracking sites. If you find you cannot track your package using a certain link, please try the other links provided.

Even if your package was shipped using one shipping partner, some of our shipping partners work together to get you your package delivered as fast as possible. Throughout the shipping process, different tracking sites may have more recent tracking updates so be sure to take advantage of all of the tracking links below. Shipping partners may take as long as 24-36 hours to show updated tracking information.

If you track your package and see that it has not updated and has been in the same location for some time, please be patient. Some of the shipping facility systems do not update in a timely manner, but this does not mean your package is not further along in the shipping process.

Also, due to having more than one warehouse location, your order may ship in separate packages. If you receive your package and items are missing, please be patient as they will arrive shortly thereafter in a separate package.

Do you offer free shipping?

Craft-e-Corner has several products that always have free shipping. The free shipping offer is only valid to addresses to the Contiguous United States. Free shipping does not include shipments to Alaska, the state of Hawaii (as they are Pacific Ocean islands), or any other territories under the control of the United States. Other free shipping exception may apply.  Craft-e-Corner reserves the right to restrict free shipping in certain cases, please contact us with any questions or for further details.

*Craft-e-Corner also periodically offers free shipping promotions via coupon codes. These free shipping offers exclude sale items and are only valid to addresses to the Contiguous United States.
