PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE
YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
The
Provo Craft and Novelty “Find the Cricut Ticket” Scratch Off Game Card (referred
to as the "Game" and or “Promotion”) is offered by Provo Craft and
Novelty Inc ("Sponsor").
I. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of United States, D.C. and
Canada (excluding Quebec), who are
eighteen (18) years of age or older as of June1, 2010. (Void Puerto
Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign
countries, and where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law).
Employees of Provo Craft and Novelty Inc, its
vendors, subsidiaries, sales representatives, affiliates, distributors, advertising,
promotional agencies, and any other entity directly involved with this Scratch
& Win Game (collectively “Promotion Entities”), including immediate family
members of these entities, and/or those living in the same household, are not
eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
II. GAME DATES: Game begins June 1, 2010 at 12:00:01
AM EDT (the "Game Start Date") and is scheduled to end on June 30, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM EDT (the "Scheduled Game
End Date") or whenever Game ticket supplies are exhausted, whichever
occurs first. The period between the Game Start Date and the scheduled Game End
Date is known as the "Game Period”.
III. HOW TO PLAY: (A) Purchase any
package of Circuit cartridge products that promotes the “Find the Cricut Ticket!” in-pack game piece. If, when you
scratch off the game piece, it reveals a prize, you are eligible to win the
prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility, validation of the game
piece, and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. A limit of four game pieces per e-mail
address; (B) A participant may obtain a game piece without purchase (while
supplies last) by sending a SASE (self-address, stamped envelope) and received
by June 30, 2010 to: CSS/Cricut Free Game Piece Request, 106 Elm St, Stonington,
CT 06378. Limit of four (4) separate entries, one each per outer mailing
envelope; (C) Events: Sponsor may, at its sole discretion,
host local events at which game pieces may be distributed, while supplies last. All prizes are subject to the Official
Rules of Provo Craft and Novelty’s “Find the Cricut Ticket!” Game includes, for
residents of Canada, correctly answering the skill-testing question referenced
below in Rule VII.

V. HOW TO VERIFY AND REDEEM GAME
PRIZES: To
claim all instant prizes (A.) Sign your name on the specified area of the game
card. (B.) On a
separate 3”x 5” card hand print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city,
state/province, zip/postal code, daytime/evening phone numbers with area code,
age and email address (if available). Attach card to the winning signed game
card. IMPORTANT: Photocopy front and back of card for your records and
send the ORIGINAL complete game card
(no copies or mechanical reproductions accepted) by Registered Mail, return
receipt requested to: CSS/Cricut Free Game Piece Request, 106 Elm St,
Stonington, CT 06378 (“Verification Center”). Proof
of mailing is not proof of receipt. All prize claims must be postmarked by July 7, 2010 and
received by July 9, 2010 or they are void. All Game Prize claims become the
property of Sponsor and will not be returned. You are not a Game winner until
your game piece has been verified, and it is determined that you are eligible
and that you have complied with all terms of these Official Rules. Following verification of winning game
piece, winners will be notified by mail. All prize claims are subject to
verification by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final.
If a Canadian citizen wins the prize they will be required to answer, unaided,
a mathematical skill-testing question.
IN ADDITION: The Grand Prize winner will also
participate in the chance to win $100,000 envelope drawing.
Eligible
winners must be able to travel on the 7-Day Caribbean Cruise,
February 26, 2011 (at the
expense of the Sponsor, as detailed in Trip Conditions section VIII)
VI. SECOND CHANCE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: All prizes that have not been claimed
by July 20, 2010 or have been forfeited prior to July 09, 2010 in accordance
with Official Rules will be awarded to all eligible entries received for a
random Second Chance Sweepstakes Drawing. To Enter: Mail in your Instant Win
Game Card with the following information hand printed on a 3x5 Card: full name;
full mailing address; day/evening phone numbers; e-mail address; date of
birth. Entries must be received by post date of July 31, 2010. Limit
to only one entry/person, per email address. A random drawing for winning
Second Chance entries will be conducted on or about August 9, 2010. Odds
of winning a prize in the Second Chance Drawing depend on if there are unclaimed
Grand, First and Second Prizes, and the number of eligible Second Chance
entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email
within one (1) week of being randomly selected. Prizes will be forfeited
and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible
Second Chance Drawing entries: (i) if a potential Grand Prize winner cannot be
reached within three (3) days from initial notification attempt; (ii) if prize
is returned as non-deliverable; (iii) in the event of non-compliance with any
of the requirements of these Official Rules.
VII, CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Promotion,
the participant agrees to assume all responsibility for the submission of
potential winning game cards to the Verification Center. Game materials are
automatically null and void and will be rejected if prize claim submissions are
not obtained through legitimate channels, late, or if illegible, mutilated, torn,
altered, counterfeit, photo copied, mechanically reproduced, tampered with in
any way, miscut, blank or partially blank, mis-registered; or, if they contain
typographical, mechanical, printing, production or other errors; or if game
piece fails any validation test. All applicable federal, state and local taxes
on prizes are the sole responsibility of prizewinner. Major prize winners
(prize value $600 or more), will be required to complete an Affidavit of
Compliance/Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, or in Canada, a
Declaration of Eligibility (collectively
the “Affidavit”) and any other additional documents required by Sponsor or prize
supplier where
permitted, or prize will be forfeited. You must return Affidavit within ten (10) days of notification before
being eligible to receive prize. Prizewinners may also be required to send a copy of their
passport, driver’s license or birth certificate as proof of age. Non-compliance
may result in disqualification. If any potential prize winner fails or refuses
to sign and return such Affidavit within the time period required by Sponsor or
if the prize or prize notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed
or returned as undeliverable to such potential prize winner, such potential
prize winner may be disqualified and awarded in the Second Chance Drawing (as described in Rule VI). Limit of one (1)
winner per person and per email address is allowed for each: the Game Card Promotion
and the Second Chance Drawing Sweepstakes. If more than one prize has been won,
the potential winner will make a choice as to which prize is to be received.
Additional game plays received from the same person or e-mail address during
the game play will be void.
Prize will be awarded only if the winner complies with these Official Rules. Potential
winners of Second Chance Drawing will be notified by telephone and/or email
and/or overnight mail and/or regular mail and required to fulfill all
requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Where a resident
of Canada is a potential winner of a Grand and or First Prize or the Second
Chance Drawing Prize, in order to claim prize, he/she must correctly answer,
without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical
skill-testing question to be administered by mail, or by phone within a 48 hour
time period. If the winner of the prize is a Canadian and has already been
declared a winner of another Game Prize, he or she will still be required to
answer an additional mathematical skill-testing question by phone. Failure to
correctly answer and, where administered by mail, return the question within
the time stipulated will result in forfeiture of prize. The potential winner
will have 48 hours from the time of Sponsor’s initial attempted phone contact
to get in touch with Sponsor and answer the skill-testing question or the prize
may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner.
VIII. CARIBBEAN CRUISE VACATION PRIZE
CONDITIONS: Sponsor will award One (1) Grand Prize
Caribbean Cruise trip and Nineteen (19) First Prize Caribbean trips, both
consisting of: (i) Two (2) roundtrip economy/coach airline tickets and one (1)
travel companion via a Sponsor-selected air carrier from a major commercial
airport selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to Fort
Lauderdale, Florida; (ii) One (1) night pre-cruise standard hotel accommodations (one
room/double occupancy);
(iii) Ground
transfers to/from airport and hotel and cruise departure location for two (2)
people; (iv) One (1) stateroom with a maximum of two
persons aboard the Eurodam cruise
ship for six (6) nights;
(v) All shipboard
meals for winner and travel companion; (vi) Government
taxes and fees (as defined in the Holland
America brochure) for winner and travel companion.
Eligible
winners must be able to travel on the 7-Day Caribbean Cruise,
February 26, 2011.

Grand
Prize includes Ten Thousand Dollars (U.S. $10,000.00) spending cash. The total
approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize for the Grand Prize
Winner is Fourteen Thousand Dollars (U.S. $14,000.00) PLUS the Grand Prize winner will participate
in the chance to win $100,000 envelope drawing. First Prize ARV is Four Thousand Dollars (U.S. $4,000.00). ARV of prize may vary
depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. Winner is solely responsible for all
federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Grand Prize and First Prizes must
be accepted with all listed prize components subject to the conditions
indicated herein. One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) cash is offered in lieu of a Grand
or First Prize cruise vacation trip. Any prizes awarded in the form of
cash, will be awarded in local currency.
All
travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor or Sponsor's
designee. Certain restrictions and black
out dates may apply. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations,
delays, diversions or substitution or any act or
omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators,
transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any
prize-related services or accommodations.
Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or
expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground
transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of
the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except
at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Additional prize award details
and travel information to be provided to the winner at the time of
notification. Prize winner and companion are also
responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance)
at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain
or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. The winner may be required to provide a
credit card at the time of hotel check-in.
Grand
and First Prize winners are solely responsible for all costs and expenses of
the cruise vacations not specified as included in these Official Rules,
including but not limited to tips, gratuities, souvenirs, shore excursions,
equipment rentals, laundry service, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, local
and long-distance telephone calls, ship-to-shore communications, insurance,
transportation between Grand and First Prize winner’s residence and the
departure airport and other personal expenses. Cruise vacation (including,
without limitation, air transportation and stateroom accommodations) is subject
to availability and additional restrictions. Travel arrangements must be booked
through Sponsor by September 1, 2010.
Each prizewinner must accept or decline
the sail date of February 26, 2011 or Prize will
be forfeited in its entirety with no
compensation or substitution of prize. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary.
Prize Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining (and traveling
with) valid passports and any other required documents. If any prize winner
elects to take trip with fewer than the allowed number of guests, components of
the Prize will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for the actual number
of travelers and winner will not receive any compensation or
substitute/alternate prize for same.
Travel
Companion Requirements: Travel
companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel
documents. Once a travel companion is
selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute
discretion. If any
guest is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, he/she must be
accompanied on the trip by his/her parent or legal guardian, who must be either
the Grand or First Prize winner, or another guest of the Grand or First Prize
winner.
If the
winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Cruise Vacation
Prize due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option of: (A) being relieved of
liability for fulfillment of the prize award; or (B) at Sponsor's sole and
absolute discretion, extending the period during which the prize may be awarded
for a period equal to the duration of the prize winner's disability or illness,
in which case certain prize components may not be available. The prizewinner
must prove such disability by a doctor's certificate, which certificate shall
be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and winner at Sponsor's
expense.
All
prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in
Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are
subject to change and prize provider's rules and restrictions, and in the event
that Sponsor is unable to provide the winner with their prize, the Sponsor may
elect, to provide winners with the approximate value of such item in cash or
award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. In the event a prize winner (and/or his or her companion(s) (if
applicable)) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize
provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious,
inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate
the trip or other applicable experience early.
IX. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: All prizes
are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or
implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose). Prize
winner(s) will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes,
and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize(s) they receive,
regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, are used. The ARV of the
prize(s) is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of
any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by
law. The winner(s) may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social
security number or tax identification number before the prize will be awarded
for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of
winner(s), or if a minor in the jurisdiction in which s/he resides, in the name
of his/her parent or legal guardian, for the actual value of the prize(s)
received.
Unclaimed prize(s) will be forfeited.
X. PUBLICITY: Participation in the Promotion
constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor, and their designees to use winner’s
name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state (or
province) in any and all mediums now or hereafter known for advertising and
publicity purposes throughout the world in perpetuity, without any
compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
XI. TAMPERING WITH THE PROMOTION: The Promotion Entities are not
responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the Promotion,
including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise
interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of the Promotion. Persons found
tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, or whom Sponsor
believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage may be
disqualified. Additionally, any attempt
to cheat the Promotion, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of
Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of the entrant, as well as
other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all
existing and future promotions. ANY
ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING THE PROMOTION WEBSITE) OR
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH
PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify
(or terminate the prize of) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of,
acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an
unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral or disruptive manner, or with the intent to
annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
XII. SUSPENSION / MODIFICATION /
TERMINIATION: In the
event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Game and or Second Chance
Sweepstakes Drawing by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited
to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act
of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service
interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war
(declared or undeclared), interference with the Promotion by any party, or any
federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court
or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a
"Force Majeure" event
or occurrence) Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the
Promotion. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute
discretion: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion should causes
beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration,
integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Promotion; or (2) to
disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (a) tampering with the
entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of
these Official Rules; or (c) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.
XIII. WAIVERS, DISCLAIMERS AND
RELEASES: By
participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless
the Promotion Entities from and against any and all claims, liability, costs,
losses, damages or injuries of any kind arising out of or related to entrants’
participation in the Promotion and/or related to any prize (including, without
limitation, losses, damages or injuries to entrant's or any other person’s
equipment or other property, or to their persons, related to participation in
the Promotion; or arising out of any violation of rights of publicity or
privacy, or claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light; or based on any
claim of infringement of intellectual property; or from any typographical,
human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or
announcement of any Promotion activity and/or prize). Without limiting the generality of the
foregoing, entrants agree that Promotion Entities: (A) have neither made nor
will be in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or
guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with the Promotion
and/or with respect to prizes, including, without limitation, to any prize’s
quality or fitness for a particular purpose; (B) maintain no control over the
personnel, equipment or operation of any air, water or surface carrier, ship
line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, manufacturer or
other person or entity furnishing services, products or accommodations
("Suppliers") as a part of the prizes provided in connection with the
Promotion; and (C) will not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage,
loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or other irregularity that may be
caused or contributed to: (1) by the wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or
omission on the part of the Suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees
or independent contractors, (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle,
equipment, instrumentality, service or product that is owned, operated,
furnished or otherwise used by any of those Suppliers, (3) by the wrongful,
negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or
entity not an employee of the Promotion Entities, and (4) by any cause,
condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Promotion
Entities. The Promotion Entities are not
responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of
any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in
entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. Entrants agree and that
the Promotion Entities shall have no responsibility or liability for
discontinued prizes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of
registration and/or account information; any technical malfunctions of the
telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment,
software, or Internet service provider utilized by Sponsor; interruption or
inability to access the Website or Sponsor or affiliated entities’ respective
websites, or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software
compatibility problems; any damage to participant’s (or any third person’s)
computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the
Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions,
viruses, bugs, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused
by the negligence of the Promotion Entities.
Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Promotion
Entities from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the
Promotion and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding
against Promotion Entities and hereby acknowledge that Promotion Entities have
neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty,
representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to
a prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a Supplier that
may be sent along with a prize. Sponsor
is not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with the
Promotion, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or
otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of the Promotion. Entrants further understand and agree that all
rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California ("Section
1542") and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States
that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby
expressly and forever waived. Entrants
acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND
TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER
FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST
HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply
to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the
effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.
XIV.
GOVERNING LAW / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the
rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Promotion Entities in
connection with the Scratch Off Game Card or Second Chance Drawing Sweepstakes will
be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State
of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or
provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws.
BY
ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING
OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED
INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL
CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY,
OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), BUT
IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND
ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER
DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS
($50.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED;
AND (4) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY)
AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE
RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW
THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
XV. JURISDICTION AND VENUE: The Utah Courts (state and federal)

the laws of the State of Utah shall govern the Promotion. Each entrant waives
any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby
submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.

these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within sixty (60) days following the end of

indicate whether you are requesting a winner list or the Official Rules. Vermont residents may omit return postage
with Official Rules requests.

MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any
provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity
or enforceability of any other provision.
In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit
is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other
provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their
terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of
these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. When terms such as "may" are used
in these Official Rules, Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim
ambiguity of these Official Rules.
Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed
to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision
hereof. In the event there is a
discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained
in any Promotion-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on the
Website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official
Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in
Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
