INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
International customers are responsible for paying any customs fees that are charged by the countries customs department. Customs fees may vary by country. Please be aware that we may ship your order in two separate packages from two separate facilities. Thus you may experience two customs charges one for each package. The fees for each package will be based only on the value of each package and will not cost you any extra to receive multiple packages rather than one. Check with your countries customs charges for additional details.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER SHIPPING TIME
International shipments can take anywhere from 24-72 hours (3 business days) to be processed and be shipped out of our facility. When your package ships, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking & order information. From the day your package is shipped, you will need to allow anywhere from 2-6 weeks for the shipment to arrive.
