Are you an Authorized Retailer of your Items?
Yes ALL items sold by Craft-e-Corner are purchased through our manufacturers that we hold retail agreements with. ALL item are brand new and in original packaging.
What if I have a defective item? Do your products have warranties?
It is very rarely that this would happen, but if this is ever the case, check your warranty information and contact customer service on your particular product. Our manufacturers stand by their products, and per policy, you should contact them first if something seems defective about your product. They will be happy to help.
Yes all of the electronic die cutting machines have Manufacturer honored warranties. If a machine is deemed defective it wil be replaced via the manufacturer based on the warranty, not through Craft-e-Corner.com
Can I return an item?
Yes Items that were purchased within 30 days, are unopened and used, may be returned to Craft-e-Corner, with the buyer paying return shipping costs.
You may call 1-800-236-3877 and request information about processing a return or you may email us for your return authorization number. Please include this number on your shipping label(or somewhere inside or outside of the box). Please be sure to include a note with your ebay id and reason for return with your package.
Can I use a coupon code on sale items?
Unfortunately coupons are not eligible for already low priced sale items.
