Are your products new?
Yes. We are a factory authorized dealer for Provocraft/Cricut, Making Memories/Slice, and Quickutz/Silhouette, selling only new items in their original packaging. All warranties provided by each company are valid with a sale from Craft-e-Corner.
What types of payment will you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, paypal, cashiers checks or money orders. You can contact our office during business hours of 8:30am to 4pm CST, Monday through Friday, for answers to any of your payment questions.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, We have free shipping within the continental 48 United States. Outside of the continental U.S. shipping, tariffs, duties, and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
Who does your shipping?
We ship via UPS and USPS. You will be informed by email when your item has shipped and be given tracking information. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery, depending on location. International deliveries can take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on customs delays within your country.
Will you combine ship?
We always try to combine shipment of your whole order, depending on items purchased, timing of the purchases, and packaging availability. It is best to pay for all of your items at once if you would like to combine ship.
Can I ship to another address?
We will ship wherever you request. It is very important that you have the correct shipping address inserted at checkout. If you send a separate email with a different shipping address, we may not adjust it in time. We ship fast.
Do you ship all over the world?

Can you mark internationals as a gift to avoid duties?
Our business license does not allow us to do this.
What value will you claim for duties?
The value of an item is the amount paid. We are not responsible for any tariffs or duties.

Will any Cricut cartridge work in my Cricut machine?
Yes, all Cricut cartridges are interchangeable with all Cricut machines. This includes the Personal, Create and Expression.
Why are some of the Cricut cartridges in ‘just the box’ rather than the plastic covering the box?
Cricut sells machines with a cartridge included, such as Plantin Schoolbook, Accent Essentials, George Basic Shapes, or Don Juan. These cartridges come from the manufacturer with a keypad overlay and instruction book, but without plastic encasing the cardboard box.
Some customers would prefer to purchase the stand alone machine, where others would like to purchase just the cartridge, without buying a whole machine. We’ve answered our customers’ wishes by offering some machines at a reduced price without the cartridge included, and then we sell the cartridge separately.
What is a Solutions cartridge?
A Solutions cartridge has fewer designs and creative features than the regular cartridge, although it still has a wide variety of images to work with. It comes either as a font, a shape or combination. Since it offers a little less in designs, it is also less in price. A Solutions cartridge comes with a keypad overlay and is packaged in plastic, rather than a box.
Will my Cricut machine need a computer to work?
No, Cricut machines use a cartridge, so there is no need to have a computer connection. They do have a USB port for use with their Design Software, if you should choose to purchase that.
Will the voltage of the machines work internationally?
The machines have a U.S. 110 v plug, so you will need to purchase an adapter or voltage converter.

Yes, a Silhouette SD machine works with your computer – allowing you to download designs or you can purchase a CD. The machine comes with interactive computer software that helps you customize words, phrases and other digital designs that you want to cut.

Is there any digital or die cut machine that does not require electricity for use?
The Making Memories SLICE is a cordless digital die cut machine that measures less than five inches square and weighs less than two pounds. It does come with a power cord for recharging.
My adhesive doesn't work as well as I'd like it to.
Although Making Memories is continually working to improve the adhesive sold with the machine, they have found that sometimes it does goop-up and not work well on the cutting glass. An adhesive spray is an acceptable alternative to use with this die cutting machine.
