Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, We have free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental 48 United States.
Outside of the continental U.S. shipping, tariffs, duties, and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is the shipping cost on orders less than $50?
On orders less than $50 we have a FLAT shipping charge of $4.99 within the continental 48 United States.
To find out the shipping cost for shipping destinations outside of the continental U.S. enter the the products and shipping address at checkout and the specific shipping amount will be determined based on the products and location.
Do coupon codes affect free shipping?
Yes, if the coupon code brings your order sub total under $50 you will be charged $4.99 for shipping. Example, if your sub total is $55 and you use a coupon code, and coupon code brings your sub total to $48 you will be charged $4.99 for shipping.
Do taxes affect free shipping?
No, if you live in the state of Wisconsin you will have to pay a tax on your order but that will not affect your sub total. Example, if sub total of your order is $49 and you are charged $2 for the tax you will have to pay $4.99 for shipping.
Who does your shipping?
We ship via UPS and USPS. You will be informed by email when your item has shipped and be given tracking information. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery, depending on location. International deliveries (exception is Canada) typically can take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on customs delays within your country.
Many of our packages are under the weight of 1 pound, we then use Mail Innovations service which combines UPS and the US Postal Service for the delivery of your item.

Will you combine ship?
We always try to combine shipment of your whole order, depending on items purchased, timing of the purchases, and packaging availability. It is best to pay for all of your items at once if you would like to combine ship.
Can I ship to another address?
We will ship wherever you request. It is very important that you have the correct shipping address inserted at checkout. If you send a separate email with a different shipping address, we may not adjust it in time. We ship fast.
Do you ship all over the world?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
Can you mark internationals as a gift to avoid duties? Do I need to pay custom fees?
Our business license does not allow us to do this. The value of an item is the amount paid. Customers are responsible for any tariffs or duties.
Will I have a Brokerage Fee (Canadian Customers Only)?
Yes. Canadian Customers will have their packages shipped via UPS, which does have a Brokerage Fee upon delivery. We have negotiated a reduction in brokerage fees, but want you to know what fees will be applied to your package.

Do you ship to an APO and FPO address? Do you ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, etc?
Yes, we offer shipping on orders to APO and FPO addresses and to other non-continental US territories. They ship via the US Mail and are NOT part of the over $50 free shipping policy.
How will I know when my package will arrive?
Upon receiving your order, your order will be packaged within 1 business day. An e-mail will be generated to communicate how you can track the shipping of your package.
