If you're anything like me, you've got a stash of leftover Cricut vinyl scraps just waiting to be put to good use. Well, I’ve got a fun little project that’s perfect for Halloween and makes the most of those bits and pieces - DIY nail art! It’s quick, creative, and surprisingly easy
You can jump straight to this project in Cricut Design Space by clicking the link. I'm using these specific designs that are available with Cricut Access, so as long as you’re a subscriber, you’ll be able to use them too!
Just follow the step-by-step prompts in Cricut Design Space to create this project - it’ll guide you through everything. You’ll be cutting out fun Halloween shapes using classic Halloween colors like orange, black, and purple. It’s a great way to use up those leftover vinyl scraps you’ve been saving - perfect for making the most of your Cricut stash.
Once your vinyl is cut, go ahead and weed away the excess using your favorite weeding tools. Take your time with the little details, especially if the design has tiny or intricate pieces.
Now it’s time to transfer your design! Use Cricut Transfer Tape to lift the vinyl off the backing sheet and carefully place it onto your painted nails. Press it down gently to make sure it sticks, then slowly peel back the tape. It’s like giving your manicure a custom, crafty upgrade!
And that’s it- your Halloween nails are ready to show off! It’s such a fun and simple way to get festive without a ton of time or supplies. Plus, it’s a great excuse to use up those little vinyl scraps you’ve been hanging on to. I hope you give this a try and have as much fun making them as I did. Happy crafting - and happy Halloween!
