If you would like to return an item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We make an exception for items purchased between November 1st and December 31st as gifts; these products may be returned through January 31st of the next calendar year if in brand new condition 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods may not be returned. These include gift cards and downloadable software products.

Although uncommon, Craft-e-Corner assumes responsibility for the cost to return a product that we have shipped in error. For other returns, a restocking fee equal to 10% of the cost of the item will be charged. Initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You can expect to see your refund show on your records within 3-5 business days. However, please note that each financial institution processes refunds differently.

For any product returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid address, a reshipment fee equal to the cost of shipping will be charged. Reshipping fees and address verification must be completed before any package will be reshipped. If you have a special character in your name or address, please provide the English address or substitute an English character that best resembles your language to help ensure your package can be delivered by the carrier.

If your item is defective, the manufacturer will be best able to address your needs. Defective items should be returned and replaced directly by the manufacturer of the product.
