Shipping Policy

Tracking


  • You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email(s) when your package(s) ship. You can view your order from this email to track your package. 
  • Please note that shipping partners may take as long as 24-36 hours to show updated tracking information. This does not mean your package is not further along in the delivery process. 
  • Craft-e-Corner has several different warehouse locations. Orders may ship in separate packages with separate tracking details.

Order Processing & Delivery


  • Orders typically ship in 1-3 business days Monday-Friday.
  • Please allow an additional 1-5 business days after shipment for delivery of your order. However, during new product launches, Black Friday-Cyber Monday weekend, and other sale times, orders can take additional time to ship because carriers are handling a high volume of orders.
  • Once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
  • Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout BEFORE submitting your order. Customers are responsible for paying reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout.

Free Shipping Offer


  • Free standard shipping is valid on orders of $49 or more after all discounts have been applied. Offer will be applied at checkout.
  • Applies only to addresses in the contiguous United States. Free shipping does NOT include shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories.
  • Other free shipping exceptions may apply.

Packages Marked as a Gift


  • Unfortunately, we are unable to mark a package as a gift. 
  • Please also note that some products are shipped in manufacturer packaging that reveals information about its contents.
