Fall Paper Party Supplies Using Cricut

If you're planning a fall gathering, whether personal or professional, you can elevate the occasion with party decor and supplies created using your Cricut machine. This post is filled with ideas to inspire you in making these supplies. They're all simple yet visually appealing! I created these items for a garden club gathering - take a look below.

Centerpieces

Materials:

Use your favorite paper flower designs from Cricut Access or upload any purchased cut design to Cricut Design Space to make this floral arrangement on top of a Dollar Store foam pumpkin.

Start by painting the pumpkin white or cream with acrylic craft paint, and add some black accents by splattering. Let it dry. Next, use your Cricut machine to cut out a variety of paper flowers and leaves. Roll the cut papers to give dimension to the flowers and assemble the petal layers using hot glue. Add a black pom pom center to a few flowers if you'd like. Arrange the flowers and leaves on top of the painted pumpkin and adhere using hot glue. Cut a doily shape from cardstock in a complementary color to place beneath the arrangement.

Party Favors

Materials:

Choose a design from Cricut Access and cut it out from Cricut iron-on heat transfer vinyl using your Cricut machine. Then, use your Cricut heat press to apply the design to pre-made fabric favor bags. Once the bags are decorated, fill them with candy or other treats to create charming place favors for each guest.

Name Tags

Materials:

  • Coordinating cardstock paper pack
  • Tape runner or other paper adhesive
  • Self-adhesive pin back
  • Cricut pens

Create matching name tags for all your guests using the leftover paper from the centerpieces. With your Cricut machine and Cricut pens, write each guest's name on a 2.5-inch circle. Then, cut out a 3-inch scalloped shape for the back. Secure the front circle to the back shape with a tape runner or your favorite paper adhesive. Finally, attach a self-adhesive pin to the back for easy wear.

Using your Cricut machine to create fall-themed party supplies is a fantastic way to add a personal touch to your gatherings. From stunning centerpieces to delightful party favors and coordinating name tags, these projects are not only easy to make but also visually appealing. Whether you're hosting a cozy get-together or a larger event, these DIY decorations will impress your guests and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Happy crafting!

How to Make Paper Flowers

Learn how to make lovely poppy flowers using any Cricut machine. I start by cutting the flower design from the pastel Deluxe paper in Anna Griffin's Pastel Meadow pack, guiding you through the assembly process step-by-step. I gently roll the petals using a reusable straw and bond two sets of petals with glue. Then, I roll the pistils, secure them with hot glue, and fan them out with a pen. Once everything is assembled, I attach the pistils to the petals, resulting in a beautiful poppy flower. This craft is simple and fun, making it easy for you to replicate at home!
