Santa Boots Stencil Using Cricut

Materials:

• Flexible cutting mats or Stencil blank
• Cricut Cutting Mat 12x24 inches
• Cricut Deep Point Blade
• Cricut Maker or Explore Series Cutting Machine

Directions:

To get started, simply open this project in Cricut Design Space and follow the steps to begin making it - everything is set up and ready for you.

Since this stencil design is oversized, you’ll need to use a 12x24 inch cutting mat to fit the entire project. Secure the stencil material to a StrongGrip Cutting Mat by taping down all the edges with painter’s tape or masking tape - this will help keep everything firmly in place during cutting. When you're ready to cut, be sure to use the Cricut Deep-Point Blade for the best results with thicker materials.

Carefully weed the stencil by removing the plastic pieces from the areas that were cut out in the design.

Lightly dust some flour over the stencil to create the look of Santa’s boot prints. Gently tap or sprinkle the flour to fill in the cut-out areas - when you lift the stencil, you’ll reveal the magical footprints he left behind.
